Team Kodex have been testing this unique material for over a year. Not only is it totally lead-free, it also sinks incredibly quickly. Traditional lead-core has a tendency to kink, meaning it often won't follow the contours of the lakebed as perfectly as you'd like, but these Liquid Leaders are incredibly supple, so they'll always mould to the shape on the bottom and therefore offer a better and more disguised rig presentation! The material has virtually zero 'memory' properties, making it fluid and able to follow contours perfectly (hence the name 'liquid'). You'd think, then, that it must surely be too lightweight, but no, Liquid Leaders sink like a brick! You can choose from two camouflage colours that help further with their disguise - one colour is for mud bottoms, the other for weed bottoms. This unique material is also highly resistant to abrasion. Supplied on 1m long leaders (two per packet), with loop and assembled lead clip. They're not the same as other lead-free leaders out there, this is a new much better material that has been put to the test for around 14 months before being brought to market. Further info for nerds - Liquid Leaders are made from Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) which is a synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene containing carbon and fluorine. Being hydrophobic, non-wetting, high density and resistant to abrasion. Precisely braided and specially spliced making a super supple link with liquid qualities.
